I'm so 3008, you're so two-thousand and LATE
Daily NeedsI confronted a few issues I've been dealing with since around the start of this year, one of which included my father and certain separate issues with him. I'd like to believe I'm on better terms with him now, but...I just really don't know how to feel about him right now. :\ I'm a mixture of confused, upset, angry, and indifferent, and it's just confusing so I'm leaving that issue alone for the time being.
Whatever.
In any case, I'm hoping to get more into an art groove, since this summer I've really been slacking. Badly. Really badly. I drew a couple of pictures on the plane flight back home, mostly sketches to get me out of my art-defunk, so I miiiiight not post them, but I just might at the same time. I don't know. xD
I've been talking to my mom lately. And apparently she's decided that this'll be the year I finally--FINALLY--get a laptop. Fawesome. She better let me pick out the one I get though. Because I ain't getting stuck with some Mac piece-a crap. Don't get me wrong, they're fantastic computers. I just hate the way they look and run.
Moving on.
I blame a combination of loving Zachary Quinto's acting as Mr. Spock in the new Star Trek and interference from ~Bniedahobbit, but I've become completely addicted to the show 'Heroes'. Had absolutely no interest in watching it when it first came out, but then, I never watched a full episode until a few days ago.
Now I'm practically scrambling to get myself caught up in time for the new season this September, because I'm hooked. The characters are all amazing. They're comparable to the characters in Joss Whedon's Firefly--they're all so deliciously flawed and human, despite their abilities, and it's wonderful. The plot is engaging, and the freaking CLIFFHANGERS. Oh. My. God.
I'm also a bit fandom confused at the moment, though. My brain is fighting between wanting to fangirl over Transformers, Star Trek, and Heroes. Ionno what to do. >

Haha. Seriously, Ghost Hunters surprised me because normally I'm terrified by paranormal stuff. But I can actually watch their show and just be interested in it.
Have you seen the compilation video of GH best evidence on youtube? It's crazy. They were taking a thermal somewhere and there was a freaking figure standing less than two feet away from Grant.

man i've seen it all...i dont remember what episode it was but there was this one where a female figure gets up in front of the camera. that shit made my spine tingle.
